After 3 years of work, PROUX released “Back By Popular Demand” in 2016. A manifestation of his teenage imagination, PROUX intended to design soundscapes depicting a retro-futuristic, “Space Funk” world. The album calls back to Funk, Soul & Disco House- taking listeners on an interstellar journey through PROUX’s uniquely crafted “Funkaverse”.

Since then, the album has received praise in underground scenes dominated by DIY internet culture, inspiring a generation of Future Funk artists & described as "the perfect French House album" by hundreds on RYM. 7 years later we celebrate the impact of “Back By Popular Demand” on 2xLP with never before released demos, remixes and bonuses!
